Scheduling and Rental Fees

Scheduling of reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to local residents, local community and arts groups. 

Pavilion

  • 2800sqft
  • 200 person capacity
  • $600: Mon-Thurs (daily)
  • $850: Fri-Sun

Theater

  • 4300sqft
  • 260 person capacity
    164 people w/seats
  • $700: Mon-Thurs (daily)
  • $900: Fri-Sun

Studios A&B

  • $20 Per Hour
  • Prices are based on an 8 hour rental time slot.  Minimum rental time of 4 hours is required. 

  • Scheduling of reservations will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority will be given to local residents and local community groups.

  • Pavilion rental package includes: 80 chairs and 13 - 6ft rectangular tables. Extra tables and chairs are available for an additional fee ($2 per chair / 6 per table).

  • The space will be available for the contracted time and must be vacated at the time stipulated or an extra charge will be applied. (This includes setup and cleanup).

  • Extra charges to be deducted from security deposit. Rates beyond contracted time: Multi-Purpose room: $200 per hour, Theater: $225 per hour.

  • 15% discount for all Artists, Non-Profits and Students for Multi-Purpose room and Theater space rentals. (Only one discount applies). 

  • 20% discount for all performances free to the community for Multi-Purpose room and Theater space rentals.  (Only one discount applies).

  • Additional discounts may be applied for multi-day bookings.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

A security deposit of $400 is required at the time of signing for all contracts.   The deposit may be paid by check or money order and will be reimbursed up to 15 business days after the event if no damage or time extension has been done. Cash will not be accepted.  The remaining balance for the space rental is due no later than ten working days prior to the scheduled rental.  Any labor fees or incidentals will be deducted from the security deposit.   

REHEARSAL TIME

Renters using the Theater for the production of events may schedule additional time for rehearsal if needed.  The fee for this rehearsal time shall be charged in accordance with the rental rates affixed to this document.  Event start and end time must include any time needed for rehearsal. 

LIABILITY INSURANCE 

All renters will be required to provide general liability insurance to cover their activities on site, including the loading-in and out of equipment, rehearsals, and any other time spent by the renter on the premises.  The required liability insurance is based on the rental space one reserves.  Please note that for certain rental events, the Hispanic Federation, Inc. and its affiliates may need to be added onto your policy as "additional insureds."  Renters will be required to provide proof of this insurance in the form of a certificate prior to the event or rental period.

CANCELLATION

Please be advised there are no refunds. Credit for future bookings may be issued. All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to: 
JDBRentals@hispanicfederation.org and credit may be applied to a future rental within 3 months of the date of the original booking. Proof/copy of the signed contract will be required in order to determine whether a credit will be issued.
